Now that Haley is 8 she is in activity days at Church. They meet twice a month on the first and third Wednesdays. She absolutely LOVES it! She loves hanging out with the other Activity day girls. When you turn 8 you begin a program called the Faith in God. There is a book for Girls and a book for Boys. The purpose of the Faith in God guidebooks is to help boys and girls ages 8 through 11 live gospel principles, develop testimonies, and build friendships. She made pancakes to pass off one of the activities. There are several categories with activities in each category they must pass off in order to receive the Faith in God award. Here are the different areas they work on: Learning and Living the Gospel, Serving Others, Developing Talents, Preparing for Young Women, and Articles of Faith. She is still working on the Articles of Faith. She has most of them memorized but not quite all of them!
