Tonight at dinner Amber asked me, "Does Jesus Cry?" My eyes filled with tears and because of my emotions I couldn't answer her question. I turned the question over to Dave. It was an excellent teaching opportunity. "Yes, Jesus cries," Dave responded. She asked a few other questions. We also talked about Mara and Paris being heaven with Jesus and what they may be doing.
I have been thinking about Mara a lot lately. I am in the process of writing my "Mara Memories". This has been pretty difficult! I have been browsing through pictures on my computer and video footage. Isn't technology wonderful! I am almost done with my "Mara Memory"!
It is difficult to think about how Christ must feel when we make mistakes and don't always choose the right. Because of the atonement he knows our pains, our sorrows, and every other emotion, weather that be happy or sad. He truly understands everything we have experienced and the challenges that lie head. I am grateful for the knowledge I have of the Plan of Salvation. Life would be difficult to endure with out a clear picture of where we are headed. I am grateful for family unit and the blessings that come from the being sealed in the temple. To have the knowledge of a forever family is simply wonderful!
