MORE Snow adventures!

Well, yesterday church was cancelled. I was relieved that we didn't have to slide down the hill in our church dresses and heels! It was a very peaceful day. We didn't have to hurry to get ready for church, attend meetings, or do our visiting teaching. It was so relaxing to be able to enjoy the entire day with my family with out anywhere to go. Here is a picture from the snow on Sunday.

Snow on Sunday
Today Dave and the girls tromped through the snow in the back yard. Then Dave started a snow ball fight with the neighbor two doors down the street. We all ended up in the front yard and they were nice enough to let us borrow their fun snow toys! Haley and Amber loved the snow tube and Allison loved throwing snowballs at the neighbor kids, until one of them threw a snowball at her face. We do have the best neighbors! They have always been so kind to our family. We are fortunate live in a safe neighborhood where everyone watches out for each other.

After the fun in the snow, Grandma "J", Aunt Emily, and Uncle Chad came to visit. We all went to the YMCA. Emily, Chad and Grandma "J" took the kids swimming and they loved it.

I took some pictures on the way to the YMCA. Snow on the evergreen trees is absolutely beautiful!
